FROST TIPS ITS HAT TO THE SAN ANTONIO STOCK SHOW AND RODEO WITH CHUCKWAGON FEASTS AND TRAIL RIDERS
Frost, a Texas banking tradition, welcomes the public to celebrate one of San Antonio’s favorite annual traditions – the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo with old-fashioned cowboy style feasts at participating area financial centers. Guests can enjoy complimentary biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, peach cobbler, coffee, and juice when the wagon pulls into town for breakfast. Those attending the Schertz Financial Center event, won’t want to miss a visit from the Great Randolph Area Trail (GRA TRAils) Riders as they make there way into town for some good, old fashioned cowboy cooking at the Schertz Financial Center breakfast. GRA TRAils hosts this annual trail ride in support of the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo. Their seven day ride starts in Hays County, Texas, winding its way thru Buda, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Schertz, Marion an on into San Antonio covering over 100 miles to kick off the rodeo. San Antonio celebrated its first Texas Agricultural Fair back in 1854. Nearly one hundred years later, the city held its first official Stock Show & Rodeo in the newly built Harry Freeman Coliseum. Frost’s Texas roots also run deep – back to 1868, in fact. Frost’s Founder, the late T.C. Frost once said, “Institutions, like people, are largely products of their heritage”. Frost welcomes the public to celebrate this rich Texas heritage, while ringing in another rodeo season. 0 Reviews
