Singer Entry Rules & Guidelines

1) The first 20 contestants signed up and paid for the competition are in... Is on a first-come-first-serve bases. Professional singers will not be able to participate.

2) The first week of competition is where the panel of judges will determine the finalist of the 1st round and it will be announced at the end of the night where each of the winners will be selected to participate on the final competition . We will be hosting this karaoke competition for 4 weeks straight..

3) Review contest schedule uploaded on our facebook or website for location and times of our next competition event. They will be no instruments or tracks played everything will be a list of songs in a karaoke book where contestants will pick songs from.

4) You will score more with the judges if you have your group of followers and supporters, however it won't guarantee winning results.

5) The top 5 singers will receive a prize and a pass to the final competition where we will be giving away prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place..

6) Contestants, their family members or friends are not allowed to have any contact with any judge during the contest performance periods. Offering bribes of any nature to a judge to help advance a contestant is strictly prohibited.

7) Contestants, their family member or friends who argue the decision of the judges may be considered unruly and the contestant may be disqualified from advancing in competition. DECISION OF JUDGES ARE FINAL.

8) Contestants, their family member of friends who exhibit offensive behavior during any portion of the contest will disqualify that contestant from further competition.

9) No profanity or sexually suggestive song lyrics will be permitted. If there is profanity in your song, change it to an appropriate word. Judges will have the right to disqualified.

10) Age to participate 18 and up.. ( Under 18 will be mark as minors)

11) Singer registration fees are $20 ( Fees are non-refundable)

APPLICATION: By filling out this SINGER APPLICATION to participate in any of KARAOKE IDOL/IAM LATINO contests, it confirms that you agree and will abide by the above rules and guidelines.

HOLD HARMLESS: As a participant in the KARAOKE IDOL you will need to agree to indemnify and hold harmless KARAOKE IDOL/ IAM LATINO on account of any claims, charges, or actions resulting from my participation in the contest.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: As a participant, you will further acknowledge that your name and photos taken at the contest may be used for media purposes and you will need to authorize the use of you name or image for the purpose of this particular competition.
