For this year's 21st Annual Balcones Heights Jazz Festival, die-hard Jazz fans, or belovedly termed "Jazz babies," will plant their chairs in advance, hours and sometimes days in advance for a good seating overlooking the water fountain at Wonderland of the Americas and catch the live music performances of Chicago-native saxophonist, Steve Cole, and keyboardist Chris Geith.
